Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement Analysis on Employee Performance Readiness to Change at Human Resources Development Agency

In government organizations, demands for quality improvement and the use of information technology in services are unavoidable due to expansion globalization. Through improving employee performance during dynamic environmental changes, organizations can make this happen. This study aims determine analyze by looking at effects transformational leadership, engagement, readiness change. The respondents were 73 employees BPSDM Kumham who selected purposive sampling method. research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires—data analysis using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. results conclude that leadership engagement have a positive but not significant effect on performance. However, Readiness change was found full mediator between relationship Changes occur both inside outside organization will an impact if they equipped themselves various competencies needed carry out their work.
